TiledGGD (Puggsoy Edit)

TiledGGD (PE) is a fork of Barubary's TiledGGD. This was made due to TiledGGD no longer being maintained and having some issues that needed fixing. Although this is mainly to fix existing issues I may also consider expanding the program's functionality.

Most credit should still go to Barubary as most of the code is his, this is indeed just a fork and I have simply changed parts of his code.
