Duplicate drive names in early boot start menu.

Hi again...

Duplicate drive names appear in the early boot start menu.
128GB CF card plugged into the scs2.device and a 32GB CF card plugged into the scsi.device...
Partitions with duplicate drive names are prefixed with a number e.g. .1:

Same again but the 32GB CF card plugged into the PCMCIA adapter...

Hi @Tallguy58 , that was intentional originally, but I agree it doesn't follow the convention other drivers use, so I'm adding it to the new version of ptable.library.

Could you please try ptable.library 1.1-dev (06.06.2026)? Clashing partition names now get a numeric suffix (DH0.1, DH0.2, ...)
