"puli build" should succeed if GeneratedPuliFactory contains syntax errors #127

The puli build command should be able to regenerate the GeneratedPuliFactory class if it contains semantic or syntax errors. This could happen after upgrades (e.g. missing argument).

Right now, the command fails. GeneratedPuliFactory needs to be deleted manually, then the command succeeds again.
