Looks good to me.
This will of course temporarily break all tests, but I see that the PR to fix it has already been added to (at least) pulp_deb (pulp/pulp_deb#178) and the plugin template.
As far as I am concerned this can be merged. (I don't know where else this might cause some temporary disruption with pipelines etc. though).
