As a developer, I have a pytest fixture that allows me to run a webserver for serving that fixture to Pulp #2086

As a basic capability, it would be nice to use the aiohttp pytest plugin to serve fixture data to Pulp's tests. This should rewrite one test to demonstrate its feasibility also.
