Support for .3gp video files

Hi. I noticed that video files in the .3gp format, taken with older mobile phones, do not appear in Memories. I'm not sure if it's just a configuration issue or that file format is not supported by Memories.

Describe the solution you'd like
If that's the case, I would like to request support for that video format.

Additional context
Most of these files were taken with phones like the HTC Magic and HTC Wildfire. I can provide sample videos if you are interested. Thanks in advance.
