Make file owner's name display configurable

The recently added display of the file owner's name may be unwanted for esthetic reasons in the timeline view. In timelines shared by public links, the display also leaks internal information by disclosing the internal user's full name.

I suggest to make it configurable in some way or disable it for public links in general.

Yes please.

On my instance a lot of photos are shared by an account created just for this purpose, it is annoying to see the account name on almost any photo. Also, for our purposes, we don't actually need this information within Memories at all.

@pulsejet For sharing albums through a public link it seems that the sharing user is still visible by clicking on a photo and then opening the information sidepanel. Would it be possible to hide it there as well?
