Add a user option to turn off infinite scroll.

I don't think this is necessary or a good idea, but I'm starting the issue because @marjoleink brought it up on #235.

I've labeled this nomerge; that means that I disagree with the premise and won't accept patches for it right now.

The point, of course, is not whether you think it's a good idea, but of leaving the user in control.

Infinite scroll is a terrible way of taking control away from the user - unless it can be turned off.

@marjoleink I think that excessive user options ("How many pixels to the left do you want the OK button? What size should your password box be?")...

  1. Confuse users
  2. Complicate for the code (causing bugs, security issues, etc)
  3. Waste developer time

In particular, for the Web UI for pump.io, I want it to work very, very simply, with as few variations as possible. I cannot reiterate enough how much I think it's necessary and expedient for people to work on other Web and desktop clients.
