Registration problems

When registering user should be presented with text telling user to check their email to confirm email address and complete registration process

Forgot password link is not working

When a mistake is made on the registration page all the other information is erased which means it must be filled in again

Text is in grey, text entered by user should be darker.

Instead of 'welcome to kipwiki 'email address', it should read 'welcome to kipwiki 'first name'.

Fixed.
Now message is displayed for new registering user to check their email.
Forgot password link is fixed.
Email message modified to show 'welcome to kipwiki 'first name'.

Tested the forgot password link. I got the email and then it took me to a page to change my password. When I tried to enter a new password a popup loaded - there was a loading sign but whatever was supposed to load never did.
