The latest version of chromium requires libXss which isn't installed in the official node docker images.

Failed to launch the browser process!
/app/node_modules/puppeteer/.local-chromium/linux-756035/chrome-linux/chrome: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This updates the Dockerfile example to also install libxss1 which solves the issue. It also bumps the base docker image to the latest node LTS (12).

The new version of chromium requires libxss.
