Removed workaround for solaris ca certs as this is now covered by beaker-puppet_install_helper

The data types for validation are using the puppet 4 types with
validate_legacy to check for any legacy types that will be removed on
the next release. This should be a backwards-compatible release except
that it uses puppet 4's data types and bumps metadata.

(MODULES-4264) Update for puppet 4 data types

A couple of examples were expecting the wrong error messages so this was just a matter of correcting those for Puppet 4. Then I found that depending on minor version, Puppet 4 uses different error messages, so these regex matches are pretty liberal but I think they do the trick.

Implement beaker-module_install_helper and cleanup spec_helper_acceptance.rb

Because the mergeback for 2.2.1 didn't happen just after release, there is a conflict in the metadata, preventing a ff. This commit circumvents this by resolving the conflict in the metadata pre-merge.
