  1. (maint) remove deprecation warnings and update README 

    As part of the 4.0.0 release of this module, the deprecation warnings for the new data types, as well as the compatibility types, have been removed from all manifests. Also, the README is updated for Puppet 4 types.

  1. (maint) update spec tests for puppet error messaging 

    A lot of the spec tests for concat rely on specific error messages which have done a substantial amount of changing over the course of Puppet 4. This commit fixes more failing tests.
