Prior to this commit, it was brought to light an error in PR naming for
Puppet 8 support related PRs, where they failed to mention the potential
drop in Puppet 6 support. This commit aims to fix the changelog so that
it reflects better the changes made in this major update.

(CONT-874) Update changelog to address wrong title

Prior to this commit, a rubocop failure appeared in the nightly CI. This
rule was not picked up during the Puppet 8 update for unknown reasons.
This commit aims to troubleshoot that rubocop rule so that CI can resume
normal operations.

(CONT-891) Address nightly rubocop failures

Prior to this commit, during the Puppet 8 support work, TargetRubyVersion
was set to 2.7 and a cop rule was addressed according to it. However,
the correct ruby version is 2.6.

This commit aims to address the previously wrongly set version along with
an unnecesary change that breaks some compatibility with 2.6 systems.

(MAINT) Addressing wrong Rubocop TargetRubyVersion

This reverts commit bc6478a.

The API is `sensitive_parameters`, we can't just change the name of this
method in this type because rubocop complains.
