This PR aims to update the module with compatibility for the upcoming
Puppet 8 agent release. The most relevant changes introduced in this
updated are:
Updated version requirements in metadata.json
Bumped Rubocop gems
Adjusted Rubocop configuration
Resolved new Rubocop offenses
