Previous to this PR, the README's setup instructions instructed users to either
install all of the dependencies for the kubetool in order to run it, or to
build a Docker image using the Dockerfile in this repository.
This PR instructs the users to just use
docker runwith the newpuppet/kubetool image in Docker Hub.
