This PR adds support for AIX logical volumes and creation and resizing of filesystems on AIX. The filesystem type has many new attributes currently only supported on AIX, the idea is that in time this model can be used for Linux platforms too instead of just passing a whole bunch of OS specific data in the options attribute. Until these attributes are handled by the lvm provider they are AIX only.

Also re-indented the filesystem type to conventional 2 space tabs.

I love it! I hate to even ask but do you think you'll have time to work on any spec tests for it? If you say no I'm going to merge it anyway as it's an improvement, I was just hoping you were feeling charitable. :)

I was trying to find time to write spec tests :-) - Will try and bash some out this week but feel free to merge this, I can put specs in a separate PR if you like.
