  1. Remove preceding double-colons from example class declarations 

    Previously, declaring the ntp class with leading double-colons was
a safety measure, for people on Puppet 3.  Since this module now
only works on Puppet 4, and the double-colon is unnecessary, this
commit removes pointless preceding double-colons from the examples.
