Removing equal sign as delimiter in ntp.conf for the logfile parameter.

With the equals sign present, one gets a log file called "/=". Saw this behaviour on CentOS 6 and Debian 7 (wheezy).

To test, I ran the unit tests with "rake spec"; not sure if there is other testing or anything else you'd like me to do?
