Do not enable UDLC by default on baremetal (non-virtual) systems. Baremetal systems might not serve as time-source at all. UDLC is not a back-up for leaf-nodes (ntp client only)! See http://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Support/UndisciplinedLocalClock
