Adding Hiera data specification for the Solaris family.
Intended to enable support for the illumos operating system (based on OpenSolaris).
Since the family name is at a deeper level in the Hiera hierarchy, it should not interfere with other operating system based on Solaris.
This replaces and closes #541.
