(KB0285) Task for identifying disabled agents

This task allows you to find agents where puppet agent --disable has been run. It displays the optional message that the command was invoked with, or "reason not specified" if there wasn't one.

If the agent is enabled, the output will contain an error (this makes sorting for the enabled / disabled condition in the console easier)
