This is a very small proejct that builds super quickly, ideally for use when making changes to vanagon or to pipelines using vanagon built projects.
The primary usage is just building a project named dummy. The project does almost nothing, so it may not exercise all parts of vanagon. You're welcome to add other projects or components that exercise more features if that's helpful. The primary objective for dummy is to build very quickly. On EL7 the build takes less than 10 seconds.
