filledpolygon - flags to disable mouse interaction also hide the cursor change #866

The flags -x etc. to control the mouse interaction with scalars are good. But the mouse cursor still changes shape when hovering over the selection points, making it confusing - the shape changes, but the function isn't there.
Making function and shape coherent would be more intuitive.
This probably applies to other objects with the same functions.

There has been a general regression with mouse icons and data structure arrays. I already have a fix, but need to make a PR
