New command

.help [command]

Description

Shows all available commands, if no argument is provided.
Gives detailed command info, if you give a command-name after .help

Update version 1.7.7

Removed "SNAPSHOT" from the Bot-Version.
Added argument-support for .help, to get infos about specific commands (#4)
Changed Embeds to normal Messages for .hug, .pat and .slap
Changed the links for random messages and images to the new one to fix errors.
Added function for the bot, to tell you the used prefix, if you mention it in CommandListener.
