[DOCS] Add Beginner-Friendly Boolean Algebra Documentation for DELC

Description

I would like to contribute beginner-friendly documentation for Boolean Algebra under Digital Electronics & Logic Circuits (DELC) as part of GSSoC'26.

Suggested Changes

I plan to add:

• Introduction to Boolean Algebra
• Basic Laws and Theorems
• Boolean Expressions
• Truth Table examples
• Solved simplification examples
• Beginner-friendly explanations
• Revision notes

I will ensure:

• Proper markdown formatting
• Easy-to-understand explanations for beginners
• Consistency with the existing documentation structure

Additional Notes

This contribution aims to help students better understand Boolean Algebra concepts in a structured and beginner-friendly manner.

DELC is currently fully assigned to another contributor (#35), so I won't be able to assign parallel work on the same subject right now.

You may instead look into contributing to another unassigned subject/topic for the time being. Once the current DELC work is completed or split further later on, I can revisit this again.
