Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Hard coded eigenvalue configuration is used for initial value calculation.

Describe the solution you'd like
A method for converting specified areas to a meaningful specific eigenvalue configuration for the calculation of iitial values that are better suited for the multiple models used for design currently is to be sought and implemented in convert_areas_to_eigenvalues in order to perform a pole assignment with oplace.

None.
