Add content from Google Form Doc

All, I've made this PwnWiki doc edittable by the whole pwnwiki team so anyone can pull stuff from it.

Can recommend this issue be closed as pull request #73 should have fixed this?

Hmm. This is going to always be an open issue though since people can always add content to the Google Form. Thoughts?

Would it not be better to open it as needed per group of additions that are made to the Google Form? Might help track the progress of things a bit more? Just an idea.
