Add support for TOTP authentication

Many sites are requiring 2FA now and not by sending codes via SMS.
There are standalone apps such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy.
1Password actually integrates support for TOTP so that one application can do it all.
It would be nice if PasswordSafe would do the same.

A pre-release is available for testing at https://github.com/pwsafe/pwsafe/releases/tag/3.65.0pre

We have a lot of tenants O365 and configured the TOTP of the admin users, and so far so good.
The thing is, now we are experiencing lag and the applications gets stuck randomly as waiting for something.
I've to close the application forcefully and open again.

Hello Ronys.
Unfortunately, this is happening with a psafe file that I can't send for the reasons you know.
I've tried to create a psafe test with 30 entry, each one with OTP. But, I can't reproduce the issue with that file.
This file, in production, has a lot of items, more than 1600 items.
But exists another variable that worth's to mention, this is happening inside a XenApp desktop session(RDS/VDA).
If I use the same file in my local endpoint, it doesn't happen. We notice that the image stays gray, but in the same second it changes and shows the data.
However, we already depleted every option using citrix or others workarounds to avoid this issue.
