A very simple (incomplete) todos app which shows some features of google app engine.

Run Locally:
dev_appserver.py .

Deployment:
appcfg.py --application=<APP_ID> --oauth2 update  .

After successful deployment, application should be available on <APP_ID>.appspot.com
