Optionally create DMG for MacOS #130

The most common way to distribute apps in the macOS ecosystem is through DMGs. It would be lovely if briefcase on macOS had an option for creating DMGs from briefcase apps, perhaps using https://github.com/al45tair/dmgbuild

+1. Haven't tried dmgbuild specifically; but the process for creating a dmg is relatively straightforward, so building one from scratch as part of the macOS build task should be easy enough.
