This means that range ghosts (i.e., you get back a key, but no columns) will no longer count towards the requested row count and will no longer be yielded by the generator.
This makes it consistent with the behavior of CFMap.get_range, CF.get_range, and CF.get_indexed_slices.
Small issue in the test README
Tests fail when using OrderPreservingPartitioner as it requires UTF-8 keys, and it's deprecated. Change to ByteOrderedPartitioner. All tests pass.
