Created specific icons to be used by the systray indicator in Linux for better visualization

This commit should fix open issue #32. The new indicator icons should be used only in Linux. Tested in my setup and it works much better. Please find below a couple of screenshots.

Thanks for submitting! Sync-ui is a bit under-tested on our side on Linux, so it's cool to have contributors on that part. If not already done, can you make sure to sign the CLA though (see https://pydio.com/en/community/contribute/contributor-license-agreement-cla)?
Also can you specify on what distributions you tested that?

Hi Charles, I just signed the CLA. Regarding the distributions I tested it on: * Ubuntu 16.04 * Elementary OS 0.4 * Ubuntu 18.04 * Elementary OS 5.0 Basically all that I changed was the icon itself since it was barely visible in panels with a dark or black background as you can see in the screenshots I send for issue 32. And this new icons should be used only in Linux but I couldn't test that since I don't have a Mac or Windows PC to confirm this. By the way, the pydio-sync client for Linux (the python client not the ui) really needs some love as well. Current version is from a couple of years ago and I found that it doesn't work as expected with Ubuntu 18.04/Elementary OS 5.0.I will open an issue for that as well in the specific project. Thanks.
