Specify Python versions supported #32

Specify which versions are supported (including the version major identifiers) using trove classifiers.

This helps show people which versions the project supports and also tools like caniusepython3.

While Cerberus is tested under 2.6, 2.7 and 3.3 it is probably working with other minor versions too so I would probably only add generic Python 2 and Python 3 classifiers. Would that be good enough for the tool you mention?

@nicolaiarocci – Yes, the generic ones would be great thanks! Although you could also add the known specific versions as you've got tests for them =)
