Improve changelog format #406
Description
I really like the update in changelog format we adopted in Eve.
- We have different sections: fixed, improved, docs, etc. No need to add a fix:, new: prefix to every single line.
- There is a link to the relevant ticket/pr on every single line. helpful for people who want to understand what/why/when things changed.
- No more attributions (a click on the link will reveal who-did-what)
In general, the log seems much more clean, readable, and parseable. I propose we adopt the same format here.
