Null-Sec doesn't seem to like opening a t3 fit from the HTML export page. It'll load the rigs and subsystems, but I think it tries to load the mods before the subs, and so you end up with a blank fit.
I don't know if putting the subs first in the url will fix the problem or not. Someone with better knowledge of the null-sec API probably does, though.
