Lineno support for Terminal256Formatter

Why Terminal256Formatter doesn't support lineno output? Is it for some specific reason?
Can I submit a PR to add that support?

I don't think there was a particular reason for that other than "nobody asked for it" before. A PR would be certainly welcome, I assume you want this as an additional option?
