Overview

There are various PRs to pyladies/pyladies-assets including approval for new logos. Historically I am unaware of any process for approving logos, however this potentially has a trademark issue.

Scope of Work

  • What does the PSF Trademark WG do for reviewing logos?
  • Create a template for pyladies-assets that includes some quick questions for understanding the logo

Solution: Create a PR template for logo review with policy

* Is this a new logo?
- [ ] Yes
- [ ] No
* If yes, please explain why your chapter has selected this PyLadies logo design?

In chatting quickly with the psf @ejodlowska suggested that we should be looking into some policy for this. My thoughts are to ask the PSF Translations WG for a minimum policy we can institute.
