Distinguish between centered and zero sum parametrization in Linear blocks #130
Description
At the moment, the linear blocks only use the CenteredNormal when applying a non-centered parametrization. While #99 is blocked, we need to distinguish between centered, non-centered and zerosum parametrization, since only the centered and non-centered can be used to do out of sample predictions
