Summary of changes

This basically enables AppVeyor UI to show test results.
Azure Pipelines already do this too.

I'm okay with this, though I intend to drop AppVeyor and Azure and Travis soon in favor of Github Actions.

Yea, but I thought it'd be nice to have this while it's still there. For GHA, there's no direct replacement, though. I saw one action that turns junit xml into annotations but it's far from perfect and there's no nice views to replace what Azure has to offer. Some things can be emulated but only partially.

Looks like Appveyor may be flaky (example).

This is weird. I haven't seen such flakiness in the past. And I have this reporting set up in a few repos.

I'm not too worried about it. May have been a fluke. We can revisit if it becomes a burden.
