Reasons for the request

https://pypi.org/project/Kasumi is unused name. but, When I try to upload to PyPI using twine, etc., it is rejected.

I considered the possibility of a name conflict, but since there are only two packages (kasumi-python and diambra-arena) that come up when searching for Kasumi, and neither of them seems to be similar, there is probably no conflict.

We believe it is locked this way because it was used in a project in the past and then deleted.

I Please would like to have the project name "Kasumi" unlocked or made available to me.

Kasumi does not have a project on PyPI. This is because we cannot publish under the name Kasumi for the reasons stated above. Kasumi currently uses the namespace Kasumi-Web.
