I have pypiserver running on apache/mod_wsgi, served under "/pypi"

but the some links on the homepage are incorrect
because they don not take into account request.fullpath

in
58 @app.route('/')
59 def root():

"packages" point to "/packages" instead of "/pypi/packages"
"simple" point to "/packages" instead of "/pypi/simple"

what does packages/ (i.e. with a slash at the end) point to?

@ankostis ankostis ABORTED for #155: return relative-urls for WelcomeMsg ONLY!!
+ Aboted because BETTER FAIL EARLY, and have user discover the problem
from the welcome-page.
+ tests: drop TC for relative URLs introduced for #25;
  Checked apache-2.4 & mod_wsgi and works correctly now.
