pytest-cov used to fail on such parameters combination:

py.test --cov -n1

I've added small fixup of cov_source parameter, if empty --cov is used.

Hey, this change looks good. Meanwhile travis runs the tests, would you mind adding an entry in CHANGELOG/AUTHORS?
