junitxml "tests" attribute on the "testsuite" tag should be a tally of all the tests in the testsuite, including "error" tests #1798

The JUnit schema documents the "tests" attribute on the "testsuite" tag as being "The total number of tests in the suite".

In pytest, the tally doesn't appear to include tests that resulted in an error:
