Swagger UI: Add Default OAuth Scopes

With [this PR](https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-ui/pull/6037), Swagger now has support for pre-selected default scopes in the Authorize pop-up. Adding this functionality would allow for a better user experience and keep flask-restx more up-to-date with the current status of Swagger UI.
