test_can_create_resource_object fails during tests execution

Hello,

During the build of python-xlib version 0.29 in Debian the test test_can_create_resource_object fails [0].

I couldn't figure out why that is happen but I created the next patch to apply in the tests [1]. Python-xlib 0.31 was packaged with that patch to see if the tests was fixed.

Do you have any hint about what can be happened?
