pycountry has incomplete type stubs, even although marked as typed

I've created a MR for the upstream pycountry/pycountry#275 to ensure full coverage of type hints.
It seems release process is slow; so I've prepared stubs for typeshed. I'll create the MR now, if you're willing to accept.
