Updated

• ReplacePermuteWithTransposePass
• ReplaceRepeatWithCatPass
• ReplaceConstantPadNdWithSlicePass
• ReplaceConvolutionOptionalArgsWithConcreteArgsPass

Also, fixed some bugs in conv1d. The meta kernel was not checking some basic assertions about groups, and the test was making a weight tensor with the wrong shape (out channels should come before in channels).
