this is causing inductor test and benchmark failures. I am going to skip the tests. We should update the models to a different version of stable diffusion that is still available.

for triage review: someone in the compiler benchmarking v-team should make an assessment to how important it is torch.compile has coverage for these models. If it is important, we should add a new stable diffusion model to torchbench.
