I had no idea, but apparently prazske.pyvo.cz, brnenske. and ostravske. all work. But plzenske and olomoucke don't. How is this done?

plzen. and olomouc. both work because they redirect to /plzen and /olomouc

Add subdomain redirect aliases for plzenske, olomoucke and more

Also move the redirect aliases definition closer to the
BACKCOMPAT_SERIES_ALIASES.
