HoloMaps of Tables display incorrectly

In matplotlib, I see only a single row that changes value, even though the number of rows in the tables across the Holomap is changing.

Using the bokeh backend, I only seem to see the first element which doesn't change.

I believe this has been fixed (at least partially) by #851 which makes sure the values in Bokeh tables update. I'm not sure whether the matplotlib backend now handles changing numbers of rows correctly yet...
